Kusum Jyoti MSc. of Full Circle Yoga Healing will dive deep into the science of meditation. In this 3 class workshop you will learn what meditation is, and why we practice it. You are invited to experience the physical, cognitive and emotional benefits of this practice and learn ways to integrate it into your life. Over three weeks we will cover and reflect on simple techniques, benefits and styles of meditation. You will leave with practical tools that empower you to practice meditation on your own, contributing to your own resilience and ability to handle stress, process emotions and find peace in everyday experiences.
