In this registered program we will go over in detail all the information you need to know prior to a spin class including: bike set up, home gear, and modifications. We will spend the first half of the class in the spin studio working on our cardiovascular training and then we will spend the second half of the class doing strength and core training. This would be a great class for those new to spin, or if it has been a while since you've been on a bike. Modifications available for all fitness levels and all stages of pregnancy and postpartum.
